Pain or symptoms is the body’s way of communicating with you that something isn’t right. This allows you to tune into your body and take steps to deal with the problem. A body functioning at its best should have little or no pain.
If you ignore the pain it might go away temporarily however the problem won’t go away it is just the body masking the symptom.
Your nervous system is 90 per cent focused on function and only 10 per cent focused on feelings or sensations, which means by the time you actually feel pain things have often reached a crisis point.
Many of our patients often come to us looking for help to stop the pain. We will work with you to provide some relief, find the cause and help you avoid the problem.
